What is the turnaround time for my products?

Depending on the size and customization of products, however products can be made and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, delivery time is not in my control.

What if I don’t see a fabric I like but I want to order a product?

Send me a message with what you are wanting and we will discuss what options are available and then proceed after it is obtained!

What materials are the products made with?

All the products are using a cotton fabric, except for the option for the fleece backing on quilts.

What if I want a sewn item but you don’t have it on your product listings?

I am open to discussing “commission” items! If I don’t have an item you would want listed send me an email with inspiration photos and what you have in mind! I sew items that are not something I consistently make so I do not have it as its own listing! (Seams.screams@gmail.com)

How to care for your bags, quilts, or other items?

Use a delicate soap, wash and dry on a delicate cycle. If a seam or stitch comes undone or a tear happens please contact me through email with a picture of the damage! (Seams.screams@gmail.com)

Why is the cost of materials not included in the Rag or Regular Quilt prices?

The quilts are completely customized to your liking, theme, color preference. Some patterns, colors, and themes are more expensive the others and can be more difficult to obtain in large quantities. If you are concerned about the price of the materials you can purchase them on your own and send them to be crafted into your quilt.

What to do if my Rag quilt is shedding?

Before your rag quilt is sent to you it has been washed already to release the majority of the shedding from the frayed edges. However a rag quilt can continue to shed for the next 4-5 washes. To help lessen the shed with every wash and dry cycle, add a cotton bath towel in the wash with the quilt.
