Policies and Procedures🕸️

Seams and Screams ensures each and every item is made exactly as ordered and with the ability to last a long while. Each order is made-to-order and every detail is confirmed before the process is started, with this being the case there is a very limited return policy.

 

Returns:

Each and every return will be handled on a case by case basis. Returns will be accepted only within the first 48 hours after the package has been marked delivered. Any requests outside of that time frame will not be considered. 

Eligible Returns:

-The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

-The item must be in its original condition upon delivery

-Proof of purchase and reasoning for return is required

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for providing and paying for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping information is required to be sent to Seams & Screams once item is shipped for return. The return address will be given in response to the original email for reasoning of the return. 

Restocking Fee:

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this amount will be deducted from the refund being given. This is to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.

Refund Approval:

You will be notified if the item is approved or denied for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item, minus the required 30% restocking fee. 

Damaged Items or Order Issues:

Please always inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item(s) are damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, contact Seams & Screams within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be resolved. 

Exchanges:

Seams & Screams does not offer exchanges for any items. If your return is approved and you want a different item, that order will be placed separately.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for to return or refund:

-Personalized items

-Sale or discounted items

-Gift Cards
